Location
Located 13 miles west of Boardman off I-84. Take exit 151 toward 3-mile Canyon. Turn north and drive 0.8 miles to the park. This location provides a nice view of the Columbia River.

This is primarily a viewing area to scan the Columbia River for waterfowl, there is sparce vegetation that may yield migrant passerines.
