Location

Waverly is next to I-5, just west of Timber Linn Park (on the opposite side of I-5). Take exit 234 and travel west of I-5. The park entrance is just off of Hwy 99. There is a large pond to investigate.

Directions

Habitat and Birds

A variety of waterfowl can be seen at the pond and the vegetation around the pond is good for chickadees and song sparrows. Watch for Common Mergansers on the water.  This might be the best winter gull roost in the area.
