Habitat and Birds

The marsh is good for dabbling ducks in winter, great for Wilson’s Snipe in Spring, and good for Green Heron in Fall.  But it shines with shorebirds in spring, as this is one of the few places in Multnomah County in which the water level is usually low enough then to provide habitat for shorebirds.
