About 2.5 miles east of Alsea (SR 34, MP 42.5) turn east on Seeley Creek Rd. Clemens County Park is just past the bridge over the North Fork Alsea River. Restroom facilities are available.

The North Fork Trail, which leaves from the parking lot, is a 0.25 mi self-guided interpretive trail that describes the unique ecology of the Coast Range temperate rainforest. Watch for Hooded and Common Merganser, Wood Duck, American Dipper, Belted Kingfisher, Pacific Wren and MacGillivray’s and Wilson’s Warbler.
