Location
1.6 miles east of the Deschutes Recreation Area and just under 3 miles from Biggs on the Biggs Frontage Road. This road is also marked as Hwy 206 and travels SE to Hwy 97 and Wasco before continuing out of the county to Condon.

Mostly farmland and grasslands. Some riparian. Look for raptors and sparrows on the poles and wires. Good finds here have included Long-eared Owl, Gray Flycatcher, Ash-throated Flycatcher, Bank Swallow, Western Screech-Owl, and Nashville Warbler.
