Location
Haines is about 10 miles north of Baker City on Hwy 30. Once in the town, turn right (east) on 3rd Street, which becomes Coffey Road. Leave town and travel about 1.5 miles. Go past the dump road and the ponds will be on the right side. There is no reason to enter the property and entrance is not allowed.

These ponds have not been birded much but standing water in Baker County is at a premium so they might produce some good birds.
