Location

Located a little over two miles north of Idlewild Campground in Malheur National Forest north of Burns, this small campground has only 8 sites and is a bit more rustic and a bit less frequented than Idlewild.

Joaquin Miller Campground is located 19 miles north of Burns, Oregon on US Highway 395.

Directions

Habitat and Birds

The habitat is similar to Idlewild and many of the same species can be found.

Drinking water is available here only from late May to October.
