Location
Take the Route 6 exit from Route 26 and drive about 3.5 miles west on Route 6. Take the Banks exit, and then turn left on Cedar Canyon Road after 0.8 miles. Killin Wetlands is about 3.3 miles further on Cedar Canyon Road. On the way, you will pass the new Killin Wetlands Nature Park, but most birders continue on to the wetlands where a small bridge crosses the creek connecting two ponds. THere is a large marsh and pond on both sides of the road.
This location is described in more detail as location C3 in the Columbia Loop Guide of the Willamette Valley Birding Trail, part of the Oregon Birding Trails project.
