From I-5 exit 125 in Roseburg, go west on Garden Valley Blvd 4.6 miles. Turn left on Old Garden Valley Rd and go 1.6 miles to River Forks Park Rd; turn left into the park. Confluence of North and South Umpqua Rivers

Birds: Great Egret, Great Blue Heron, Common Merganser, Bald Eagle, Belted Kingfisher, Spotted Sandpiper, active Osprey nest on a utility pole, a variety of passerines, including American and Lesser Goldfinch, Hutton’s Vireo, Black-headed Grosbeak, Red-breasted Sapsucker and Cedar Waxwing. Best birding: Apr-June.
