Drive 7.0 miles south of Yachats to a pull-off viewpoint. It’s 17.6 miles north of the junction of Hwys 126 and 101 in Florence.

This is a great viewpoint for sea watching and one of the better spots for Harlequin Duck, scoters, Black Oystercatcher, etc. This is the best place in Lane Co. to find Black Scoter; a few can be mixed in the large scoter flocks.
