Location
Two old gravel quarry ponds, one on the east side of Quarry Ave in north Silverton, one on the west side. From SR 214 just north of Silverton, go east on Hobart Rd, then north on Quarry Ave. The ponds are at the end of Quarry Ave. The area is private property, all birding is from the road.

Each pond is roughly 10 acres, typical quarry ponds with open water and trees and shrubs around the edges. Waterfowl is the primary attraction.
