- Native Bird Care (2022) – Avian food and general support for wildlife rehabilitation
- Oregon State University – Cascades (Matt Orr and M. Kurtis Trzcinski) (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022) – Nest-web research project to investigate links between woodpeckers and secondary cavity nesters in central Oregon
- Oregon State University (Forest Animal Ecology Laboratory and Matt Kerstens) (2022) – Research project to investigate potential food availability and foraging behavior of adult Black-backed Woodpeckers in green forests and in recently burned forests of the Klamath Basin
- Oregon Natural Desert Association (2022) – Restoration project for South Fork Crooked River
- Institute for Applied Ecology (2021) – Research project to identify best practices for restoring depleted understory forbs to benefit Greater Sage-grouse
