ECBA is seeking a volunteer to help with coordination of ECBA’s project volunteers. The time commitment for this position is 2-4 hours per month.

Duties may include:

Reviewing volunteer enrollment forms submitted online or by mail.
Matching volunteer interests and skills with ECBA programs and projects.
Contacting project leaders who are looking for volunteers.
Maintaining a simple spreadsheet of volunteer data.

Here in Central Oregon, for over 10 years, ECBA volunteer Kevin Smith has invested his time and inspired others to report sitings of Pinyon Jays, and over the last 5 years Ken Hashagen, together with Kevin, have helped provide banding data to ODFW and the USGS Birding Lab.
