TRACKING VOLUNTEER HOURS:
Compiling the hours and maybe miles that volunteers give to ECBA is something that really does matter to all non-profits. But reporting those hours has always been a challenge. Keeping a written record, saving it, and then remembering where we saved it was a task not many of us could describe as efficient, let alone fun.
ECBA is now using a new volunteer time tracking system called Track it Forward. This program is new for us and it has been a game changer. It can be used on any device: desktop computer, iPad or cell phone. You can download the app and use it anywhere at the time of your choosing. You can enter your date, enter your hours, describe what you did and you can edit your information whenever you need to, and hit send. Repeat the process for your next date. All your data is saved. It is free and it is simple to use. And it is fun.
